Julio Delgado

Julio Delgado is one of the founding members of the organization. He has been dancing Mexican folklórico for over 25 years in Nuestras Raíces and has performed extensively as part of this organization. Mr. Delgado is a passionate elementary school coach and choreographer, teaching physical education and dance classes at UCLA Lab School. He also provides private lessons to children to help develop basic athletic skills. Through physical fitness and artistic expression, Mr. Delgado’s goal is to make children well-rounded and well-adjusted citizens that can develop into healthy adults, both physically and mentally. In addition, he has choreographed a number of dances for weddings and quinceañeras for over fifteen years.
