Gisselle Ailene Lima-Cabrera

Ms. Gisselle Ailene Lima-Cabrera has been dancing with Nuestras Raíces for 18 years. As a member of the performing ensemble, she has performed at Disneyland, Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, Marsee Auditorium, among others. Gisselle remains inspired by and dedicated to the group’s effort to teach members to never forget their roots while also providing resources for students in their educational journey. Gisselle is currently a student at California State University Northridge majoring in Liberal Studies. Before attending CSU Northridge, Gisselle graduated from El Camino College where she received an Associate of Art degree. She has been part of the instructing team at Nuestras Raíces for the last 5 years and began teaching her own class in 2023.
