Frida Zamudio

Instructor

Ms. Frida Zamudio has been dancing with Nuestras Raíces for 12 years. As a member of the performing ensemble, she has performed at Disneyland, Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center, Marsee Auditorium, among others. Frida remains inspired by and dedicated to the continuous care, work and effort put into building a safe space and community for all of the current and incoming dancers. Providing them a space to learn more about the Mexican culture through the art form of dancing and through a family community. Frida is currently a student at El Camino Community College studying Radiology Technology. Alongside working as a beauty advisor part time at Sephora. She has been part of the instructing team at Nuestras Raíces for the last 5 years and began teaching her own class in 2023.
